Coendu was formed in the late 80s to assist foreign nationals buying a holiday home or moving to Spain permanently. A strong Spanish economy encouraged investors to buy property in The Costa Tropical, but along with the delights of owning a home in Spain came problems that required sound local knowledge to overcome. The simplest tasks such as repairing a tap, finding a trustworthy tradesman, paying a bill or resolving a Town Hall issue could prove to be difficult for people who couldn’t speak Spanish or were unaware of local laws and customs. Coendu was formed primarily for this purpose. We were the first company in Almuñécar to offer these services and over the years we have grown and evolved into Almuñécar’s premier resource for expats in Spain. Specialising in administrative management, town hall legislation compliance, public finances, social security, tax advising, legal estate investments, real estate and insurances means that it is not just foreign nationals that use Coendu to resolve issues. We also have a large number of Spanish clients. We are justifiably proud of our reputation locally for efficiency, commitment and strong relationships with our clients, both Spanish and International. We firmly believe the key to our success is the strength of our team, who work tirelessly to achieve the best result for all concerned.
